Last year was the first year that the Cherrywood Fabrics challenge quilts came to the Sisters Quilt Show. That was the Lion King exhibit. I thought that was pretty awesome, but this Van Gogh exhibit is just amazing! The only quibble I have is that the exhibit room is a bit too small for so many visitors. I could have taken photos of every single quilt, it was that good. But it was crowded and hot and it seemed pointless to try, so when I discovered they sell an exhibit catalog and could ship it for free I was all in! If you haven't yet heard of these challenges (hard to believe, but there's always a possibility) check out the website here. You can still buy catalogs from all the previous challenges (Wicked, The Lion King and Van Gogh) and you can pre-order this year's challenge Prince (lots of purple!).
