Thanksgiving was a very nice birthday. We had my parents over for a delicious meal, I went for a walk in the crisp, sunny air, and, of course, had pie for dessert. I actually forgot to get out my placemat until dessert time and didn't get any other decent photos of the day, so you'll have to take my word for it.
My computer hard drive broke (literally lost a piece) last week so it took a week to get things restored. What a pain, but it kind of feels good to start from scratch with my emails and internet favorites. Luckily, all the photos are there and all my word documents and other files. There has been progress on another pair of stranded mittens, several quilts finished (Yay!), and ideas for more quilts. I'm also getting out hibernating wip's to see what's up with them. It's like getting reacquainted with an old friend. More soon.
