My latest mitten project is this pattern called Fiddlehead. Again, I used two circulars for this mitten. On the second one I decided to give dpns a try even though I usually avoid them at all costs. I think it did make for less puckering. I just finished the second one this evening. I'll block them and then pick up stitches for the inner mitten. Yes, these are double thick and should be very cozy once done. Picking up stitches for the lining will also eliminate that curling cuff, which, by the way, did not go away on the Fox & Geese mittens once blocked. I've got a bunch of mitten patterns faved on Ravelry. They are really fun. More mitten love later!
