On Saturday Chloe and her friend Shayna performed in the Christmas parade. Dressed as reindeer (Chloe was Dasher), they played "It's Beginning to Look a Lot like Christmas" on their flutes. The day was terribly cold and with a two hour wait before the parade started they managed to keep smiling despite the cold.
We saw some old favorites like Ann Richardson's corgis- I just love these little guys!
Our friends Eva, Geneva and Jeffrey got to ride along in the Sons of Norway lodge.
When the girls came down the street they looked great!
They played beautifully with freezing fingers.
This magnificent Clydesdale was quite impressive.
Chloe's group won the award for best live music! Quite an achievement given the number of bands in the parade.
Today it snowed all day and into the evening with about 12" accumulation.
It's beginning to look a lot like Christmas, indeed!
