More work from Patchwork Beasts. This is my little blue lamb, which hasn't changed at all since this photo was taken. I was just cleaning up my photo files and found this one and realized I never posted it here. The pink is hand dyed from avocado peels, one of the coolest dyes around. By the way, I've been dyeing wool lately, fabric, roving and yarn. It's been very much an experiment and not as successful right off the bat as the cotton dyeing. I do declare that I love to experiment with dye though. Other things are happening here. Nearly the end of summer (boo hoo!). The studio got a thorough clean out and we are preparing for a busy fall. I hope to get a bit of stitching time this week and will post some more work soon.
