We got to my sister's house in Crestline last night and were surprised to find her still here. She was supposed to go out to see her husband's band performing. Well, it turns out she poked her eye with her curling iron! Ouch! It was really painful, but she waited until we got there so we could drive her to the ER. Luckily the doctor thinks it will clear up in a few days. She has some antibiotic drops, but the pain was still a bother today. We drove to Big Bear to have a picnic at the Discovery Center.
We had a nice walk along the lake and then went to the town for icecream. It was a nice day! Tomorrow we are planning to go on a boat ride on Lake Arrowhead.
