Glitz Fabric Challenge
I know it's been more than a month since QuiltCon and it's hard to believe it's taken so long to get through all these posts, but I want to be sure I get it all down where I can find it again. I have another one or two posts after this and then we'll be back to regular programming (which will be interrupted by moving house, but that's another story!). Today's post is about the categories in which I only got photos of a few quilts. This smattering is of those that most appealed to me at the time and don't include all the winners. Enjoy!
Group or Bee Quilts
As I watched Mod Mood come together on Instagram I was amazed with all the wonderful forms people came up with! I was thrilled to see this one in person. Blocks were made by Stephanie Ruyle, Leanne Chahley, Karen Foster, Felicity Ronaghan, Kari Vojtechovsky, Melissa Richie, Diane Stanley, Marci Debetaz, Hillary Goodwin.
Super fun liberated quilt! Blocks were made by Neva Asinari, Robin Buscemi, Beth Carmody, Michelle Kochan, Heather Kojan, Jessica Levitt, Sandy Perry, Kim Rotter, Jill Safford, Kathy Schwabel, Tricia Scott.
Modern Traditionalism
Stunning quilt made with hundreds of prairie points! The colors are amazing!
I love this subtle quilt made by a Elisa. Love the title too!
I never would have guessed I'd have a quilt in the Modern Traditionalism category!
Beautiful quilt made with tiny log cabins!
Fabulous Hillary quilt. I need to start planning one!

Triangle Quilt Challenge
I once lived in an Eich-alike, a home that was inspired by the architecture of Eichler. I enjoyed the simplicity of this one.
Karen is another Beaver Island Quilt Retreater and she did a wonderful job on this quilt! I have some of that cat print and would never have thought up this idea.
