This morning I dropped a bunch of stuff off at the thrift store and then went hunting for linen. I found a few nice shirts (linen and cotton) and then found the other items at a little antique shop. Flour sack, cut linen (stained) and the woven orange cloth from Norway. Nice finds all. The denim will be used as is, but the others are destined for the dye pot. I just got India Flint's "Eco Colour" which I'm terrifically excited about. The little birds below just would not stay out of my hands and came home too. I think they'll turn up in something eventually just as is.
