Just another quick post because it's super late and I've got to get to bed! I have three lovely bits of news to share today.
Firstly, I am thrilled to say that I have had two quilts juried into the Pacific International Quilt Festival in Santa Clara, CA, October 15-18, 2015! Love in the Digital Age and The Spectrum of the Ordinary have been accepted and will also be part of the QuiltFest Goes MOD! special exhibit at QuiltFest Oasis in Palm Springs, CA, October 8-10, 2015. I am so excited! This modern quilt exhibit is the first modern quilt competition category for Mancuso Show Management. Wow!
Also, if you happen to be in the Chattanooga, TN area, Love in the Digital Age will be at the American Quilter's Society show this week- September 16-19!
The third quilt here is Mrs. Peacock's Revenge, which I only just realized has never been revealed here on the blog. With all the craziness of the summer I forgot to do that, so I will do a proper post about it soon. I just wanted to tell you all that tonight I found out I won Third Place for Viewer's Choice in our guild challenge at the Mt Bachelor Quilters' Guild show in August! Woohoo! The prize was a ribbon and a vintage Clue game. I'll have to explain that later when I tell you the story of this quilt.
Now, I'm off to bed! <<yawn>>
